When can I receive my completed document?

After providing answers in the questionnaire the document is instantly available in the self-service portal and ready for use.

Who will have access to my documents?

Your documents can only be accessed by the persons whom you have granted access. Even we cannot see your documents before you have granted a specific Avokaado employee with access to these.

What rights will the persons have whom I have granted access?

You can choose while sharing whether to grant full or limited access. In order to grant limited access you must choose the field “Other party” and this means that the person will see the document, the public conversation and can sign the document. Full access will enable, in addition the action in previous sentence, to amend the document and to see the conversation between the members.

What happens if I terminate my subscription?

The documents created and information provided will be stored confidentially and free of charge also after the termination of the paid subscription. In such instance the paid documents cannot be altered anymore and new chargeable documents cannot be created. When the subscription is renewed these actions become available again.

How can I contact client support?

Asking a question from client support is very easy. In order to do that please click the conversation icon at the bottom right of the page. We will strive to answer you as soon as possible in the same conversation window. If you do not have the time to wait for the answer you can ask in that same window for the answer to be sent to your e-mail address.

Can I cancel the subscription of a paid package at any time?

Yes you can. This can be done at the self-service portal under settings. In such instance the paid subscription will be valid until the end of the paid period and the subscription will not be renewed automatically.
